I grew up in a home that looked tidy on the surface but felt cluttered underneath — behind cabinet doors and inside drawers lived a quiet chaos
of «just in case» things. Closet shelves were overflowing, storage room impossible to navigate and the familiar «Mom, where is…?» echoing through the house.
Even as a child, I longed for organizing. I would enjoy rearranging my study table or season-swapping the closet — the few corners I had control over. I loved folding, wrapping and bringing precision into the smallest details.
I also realized early on that true order isn’t about spotless surfaces
— it’s about clarity, function and systems that last.
Earning a degree in diplomacy filled me with the power of empathy, respect and discretion — qualities that now shape the way I work with clients in their most personal spaces. This foundation taught me to listen deeply, be nonjudgmental and guide people through emotional decision-making with courtesy and understanding.
Eight years in aviation and hospitality as a premium cabin crew member refined my eye for detail, when every crease, every fold, every placement mattered. That experience instilled in me a commitment to excellence and meticulous attention that I carry into every project today.
